HVRS Solutions is hiring for an Associate Consultant!

About the Associate Pharmacy Consultant position:

The applicant will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic office while gaining valuable exposure and insights into the pharmaceutical industry. 

This is a full-time remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing duties below; additionally, a strong work ethic and consistent attention to detail are important for success within the position. 

  • SOP development, editing 

  • Reviewing SOPs for missing information 

  • Creating templates/forms

  • Formal letter drafting to DEA/insurance companies

  • Nonresident pharmacy license applications- fill out

  • Renew pharmacy licenses

  • Renew pharmacy contracts/policies

  • Apply for pharmacy accreditations

  • Apply for programs such as Medicare Part B and completing CMS 855 forms.

  • Open accounts for pharmacy owners- wholesaler accounts, FL shots account

  • Answering business phone and vetting prospects

  • Explaining services offered to prospects

  • Credential with Pharmacy benefits management (PBMs)

  • Compile documents to send to client

  • Research board of pharmacy rules and interpret, contacting board for clarification 

  • Respond to audits

  • Filing paperwork with appropriate agencies (change of ownership or change of address)

  • Federal precursor compliance

  • Apply for government grants/RFPs

  • Special projects will be assigned on an as-needed basis (policy and procedure development and maintenance, inside marketing, formal letter writing, data entry, compliance tasks, social media management)


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with either pharmacy, healthcare or law operations.

  • Stay organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.

  • High attention to detail when completing client projects.

  • Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.

  • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.

  • Administrative skills (basic Microsoft Word skills and Google Drive required).

  • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.

  • 1 year of full-time work experience in an office setting.
